The order of columns is dictated by the settings within ND Office. 

It is not possible to drag and drop the columns like you can do with outlook folders.

However, each user can change these as required via the settings within ND Office.

Click on ND Icon near the time (it may be hiding under the up arrow near the time

Then click on the COG and select '

Then click on the tab called 'Columns' then order the columns as required

Note that this will require you to restart Outlook and any other office product to pick up the changes.  You can change the sort order of items by clicking on the column names if required.
