When opening PDF documents from NetDocuments using Adobe Reader or Acrobat users may get a blank pop-up like the one below.


This issue is caused by the 'Enable Protected mode at startup (Preview)' has been enabled.


This issue is easily corrected by unticking the box for 'Enable Protected mode at startup (Preview)'. To find this setting in Adobe go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and untick 'Enable Protected mode at startup (Preview)'.


Restart Adobe when this is done.
